Above all, use your time away to relax and re-charge, so that you're able to return to your professional life with a fresh sense of purpose and renewed energy.

Work discussions can get heated. Sometimes our emotions get the best of us. Having someone who keeps their cool and is able to help everyone reset, focus on what matters, and drive to resolution is a real skill that not everyone possesses. These people are valuable.
